| Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Let us spend some moments contemplating the adjectives on the home page that described our Father in Heaven. Do you feel that these words describe the way you feel about your relationship with the Father? If you can affirm your acceptance of these adjectives, as they apply to you and the Father, what has occurred in your life, which makes you feel that the Father has graced you with this confidence? If you cannot affirm any or some of the adjectives, what has occurred or not occurred which has caused this lack of faith? LET US READ THE FOLLOWING SCRIPTURE TO LEARN WHAT JESUS HAS TO TELL US ABOUT OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. |
Phillip said to him, "Lord, show us the Father, and we shall be satisfied." Jesus said to him, "Have I been with you so long, and yet you do not know me, Philip? He who has seen me has seen the Father; how can you say, 'Show me the Father.'? Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father in me? The words that I say to you, I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in me does his works. Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father in me; or else, believe me for the sake of the works themselves. John 14: 8-11 |

| As suggested by Origen, as we go about our daily activities, let us dwell on thoughts of our Heavenly Father. Let us converse with Him in an intimate way by sharing with Him that which pleases or displeases us. We should also remember to praise and thank Him, but most importantly we should express our love for Him. |
